1. Do you really offer free shipping if you don't approve the personalization within the hour of me sending the email?

Yes! Our team of email junkies are anxiously excited to review and approve your stationary designs. Unfortunately if they happen to be great work life balancers like our crew, our clients win by us covering shipping costs!


2. Do you engrave stationary items without a purchase?

Yes we do! Our 2Way Ink crew members will send you a Pre-Paid Weight Restricted* Label for your the notebook you wish to personalize.


3. What are your shipping options?

Flat-rate shipping rate is $8.88 for all orders over 2lbs. Complimentary shipping is offered only to clients who check out with no stationary items from our inventory. max-weight 50lbs. Weight restriction cap is 2 pounds for all orders receiving weight-restricted labels. Orders over 2lbs will be given a 25% discount.
